Welcome
Seventh Church of Christ, Scientist, Dallas, is a branch of the Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, established by Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, “…to commemorate the word and works of our Master, which should reinstate primitive Christianity and its lost element of healing.” (Church Manual)
Our purpose is to bring spiritual healing and regeneration to individuals, the community, and to the whole world through the services and activities of this church and its members.
Church Services
Sunday Services begin at 10:30 a.m.
Prayer, music, and a Bible Lesson-Sermon (read by two Readers elected by and from the membership) constitute the main part of our church service. This Lesson-Sermon, studied during the week by students of Christian Science, is found in the Christian Science Quarterly, and is comprised of selections from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.
Wednesday Testimony Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m.
After a brief topical reading from the Bible and Science and Health, the greater portion of the meeting is open for those in attendance to relate testimonies of Christian Science healing.

Child care is provided at all our services.
Sunday School
Sunday School includes prayer, singing hymns, and instruction in classes from the Bible and the Christian Science textbook. Lessons include the Ten Commandments, the Lord’s Prayer (and its spiritual interpretation by Mrs. Eddy), the Sermon on the Mount, and questions and answers adapted from the Christian Science Quarterly Lessons, read in Church services.

Sunday School meets each week at 10:30 a.m. All young people up to the age of 20 are invited to attend.
Reading Room
Open to all, our Reading Room offers an opportunity to find out more about Christian Science, and provides a quiet haven for prayer and study. You may read, borrow, and purchase the Bible, Science and Health and other Christian Science literature, and study the Lesson-Sermon from marked books.
A librarian is always on duty to assist and to answer questions.
The Reading Room is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is located at 343 Medallion Center, Dallas.
